I found "Backpack Kitty Goes to Camp" at a Scholastic Book fair, and I knew I had to buy it because 1) I have a cat named Kitty and 2) the idea of carrying a cat in a backpack is very creative and fun. I read the book and was not dissapointed. As a children's writer myself, I found the book well-written with solid word choice and a strong central character. Kids who enjoy playing with their cats should enjoy this book. I can't find any other books about Backpack Kitty, though, which is dissapointing. Was this the only one? - from Amzon
